Senior Mentor (Marine Engineer)
Mr. Karan Rathod is a Marine Engineer with extensive technical and sailing experience. As Senior Mentor, he trains students to excel in company interviews and technical assessments by strengthening their understanding of ship systems and machinery. His mentorship bridges the gap between academic learning and real-life shipboard operations.
